A name, location, or other term entered into a search box is sent to the third-party provider that operates that tool. Love County Released Inmates does not store or log those query terms on its own system. A message sent by email or a contact form can include a name, reply address, and whatever the sender chooses to write. Messages are retained as needed to respond and are not shared outside the organization unless the law requires it.
